Every purchase on Made in LoveWorld is protected by escrow. Here's exactly what that means for you.

Your Espees are held, not handed over

When you pay for an order, the Espees leave your wallet but do not go to the merchant. They're held safely by the platform while the merchant prepares and ships your order.

The merchant is paid when you're happy

Once your order arrives, you confirm delivery and the payment is released to the merchant. If you don't confirm, funds are released automatically after 7 days from delivery — unless you've reported a problem.

Something wrong? Pause the payment

If an order doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't what was described, open a dispute from your orders page. This pauses the payment while our team reviews the case with you and the merchant. Depending on the outcome, your Espees are refunded or the order is resolved.

Failed payments never charge you

If an Espees payment fails or is cancelled, no charge is made and the order is automatically cancelled — your items stay in your cart so you can try again.

Shop with verified merchants

Every store is reviewed before it can sell, and accreditation marks (◆ LoveWorld Produced, ✦ LoveWorld Certified) tell you when a merchant has been vetted to a higher standard. Learn more about accreditation →
