Terms of Service

Welcome to Made in LoveWorld ("the platform", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the marketplace on this website. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You sign in with your KingsChat account. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information, including a delivery address for orders and, if you choose, an email address for notifications.

2. Payments in Espees

All prices and payments on the platform are in Espees. When you pay for an order, your Espees are held in escrow and released to the merchant only after you confirm delivery, or automatically 7 days after delivery if no problem has been reported. Failed or cancelled payments are never charged and the related order is cancelled. Wallet top-ups are processed by the Espees payment service under its own terms.

3. Buying

Placing an order is an offer to buy from the listed merchant, not from the platform itself — we provide the marketplace, escrow, and dispute process. Check listings carefully; if an order doesn't arrive or isn't as described, open a dispute from your orders page before the auto-release period ends. Our Buyer Protection page explains the process.

4. Selling

Merchants must be approved before selling, describe products truthfully with genuine photos, honour listed prices, ship promptly, and respond to buyers and disputes in good faith. A commission is deducted from each sale; the current rate is shown in your merchant hub. Earnings are paid out to your Espees wallet on request after escrow release. Accreditation marks (◆ LoveWorld Produced, ✦ LoveWorld Certified) are granted by the platform and may be reviewed or withdrawn at any time.

5. What may not be sold

Anything illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or misleading; anything that infringes another person's rights; and anything inconsistent with the values of the LoveWorld community. We may remove listings, hide products (for example, listings without genuine photos), suspend stores, or restrict accounts to protect the community.

6. Disputes between buyers and merchants

Open a dispute from the order page. While a dispute is open, the related payment is paused. We review disputes impartially and may refund the buyer, release funds to the merchant, or propose another resolution. Our decision on escrowed funds is final within the platform.

7. The platform's role and liability

We work hard to keep the marketplace safe and available, but we provide it "as is". We are not the seller of merchant products and are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform grows; significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions? Contact us via the support centre.
